By accessing or using Unitor`s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

Unitor provides a financial AI assistant that collects and analyzes personal financial data to provide insights and recommendations to users.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using Unitor, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
4. User Accounts
4.1. To use our services, you must create an account using sign-in options provided by Google, Apple, or other available social account providers.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
5. Data Collection and Use
5.1. We collect various types of personal information, including but not limited to email, first and last name, job title, income, and expenses.
5.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.3. We store all personal data in encrypted databases and employ industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

6.4. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services or any other systems or networks connected to the services.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. The Unitor service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unitor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7.2. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the services.
8. Third-Party Links
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Unitor. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
9. Termination
9.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@unitor.au. Upon termination, we will delete all your personal data.
9.2. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days`` notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using Unitor, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service, understood them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you are not authorized to use the Service.
